Just wanted to post a recent experience I had with Everest Audio.
I had originally ordered a pair of LSA-1 speakers from them, since they are an authorized dealer for LSA. A lot time came and went, and through no fault of their own, or their distributor, LSA was unable to deliver and I decided to cancel my order.
Everest Audio were quick to refund me my full purchase with no hassles whatsoever. No hard feelings...
Well anyway, the other day I was asked them if they had a particular glass fibre optic cable in stock (it's actually hard to find good glass optical cables), and they offered to send me the cable no charge to make up for the past issue with the speaker order!
These guys as a class act, and if you're looking to buy online, I think you should give them a look.
